Both are fun characters that spice up the respective campaigns of each faction enough, allarielle is a fair challenge however and with nkari on ulthuan now i bet its gotten harder.
If youre a high elf or dark elf fan i can recomend the allarielle and hellebron dlc. Warden and the paunch, grom has one of the most engaging faction mechanics in the game with tons of variety to experiment around with the greenskin unit roster, like the P&W though the high elf side of it is good but still lacking to what grom gets. If you ever want to play skaven this dlc is a must have. Prophet and the warlock, ikit claw alone in this dlc sendss skaven tiers ahead in enjoyability, generally agreed to be best of the dlc. In terms of just the best dlcs without regard to what races are your favourites:
